Meet Marvin Hollivay, the lead mechanic for Tanker 912. Marv graduated from Central New Mexico Community College in Aviation and Maintenance. He started at 10 Tanker the day of his graduation, in May of 2018, because of his dedication, stellar work ethic, and expertise in the field. Marv’s favorite part of his job is working with the crews, the travel, and the mission. He loves what he does and it shows through his good work. As a maintenance team leader, he keeps the crew together and the aircraft flying safely. “When Marv is on duty, I never have to worry because he will give 200 percent to make sure the aircraft is safe and ready to deliver,” says Jason Bennett, the Director of Maintenance. To add to his incredible work ethic, Marv believes a key piece of being a good leader is being a good listener and trying to understand all sides. 10 Tanker is a better company for having Marv on our team. Thank you, Marv, for all of your hard work.
